 It includes tools to borrow and sample panels that you can use yourself.
 Of course, there is also a certificate after participation in the training.

 You pay for the accommodation yourself. We are happy to help you find a place to stay.
 
 We are currently offering our seminars at 3 locations in Germany. Many training courses have already been successfully implemented in Hagen and Chiemgau. Another location in Berlin will soon be supplemented with appointments. Below you will find the dates for seminars in our existing locations.
 Please note that the number of participants is limited.
 We are happy to support you on site with a current project.
 Please contact us, almost no way is too far for us.
 For large companies or working groups, we also hold training courses at your preferred location.

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

     

    You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the (last) goods.
    In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Trendzement GmbH, Dorfstraße 11, 83379 Wonneberg, Mail: info@trendzemnt.de by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision, to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
    To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

    CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

    If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
    We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to us Trendzement GmbH, Dorfstraße 11, 83379 Wonneberg, Mail: info@trendzemnt.de . The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
    You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

    You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

    The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components. We only deliver within Germany.

    DELIVERY

    PACKAGE SHIPPING

    The parcel is delivered to your doorstep.

    If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the package will be handed over to a neighbor or left for 7 days to be picked up at the nearest branch / partner of the shipping company. You will then find information about this in your mailbox.

     

    BULK GOODS

    Bulky goods are delivered to your doorstep.

    If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery will be given to a neighbor or left for pick up at the nearest post office for 7 days. You will then find information about this in your mailbox.

     

    FORWARD SHIPPING

    The forwarding delivery is free curbside.

    Please note that the unloading point must be in an area that is accessible for trucks. Otherwise, the delivery can only be made to the nearest point accessible for trucks. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

    Depending on the type, size, weight and number of products ordered, delivery can also be made via another shipping partner.

    Bulky goods are delivered via a commissioned shipping company.

     

    POSTAL BOX ADDRESSES

    Unfortunately, delivery to a PO box address is not possible.
